I worked with Comcast xFinity xFi team as their sole UX Design Intern from June 2019 – August 2019.

During my time there, I worked on the award winning xFi app, conducting user research to determine mental models and categorizations in order to redesign the information hierarchy on a core component of the app.

I had to design for many unknowns and technical edge cases, which became the hardest part about the experience. To overcome this, I used the insights I gained from user research to guide my iterations.
